Intelligent constant temperature bath pot user guide

Thank you for using SENCO intelligent water/oil bath. SENCO's high-end rotating evaporator and reactor have been equipped with an intelligent water/oil bath.
Intelligent temperature control can pass the self-adjusting PID parameters to the transition process under the actual working conditions in order to achieve good control performance of plus or minus 0.2 ℃ temperature fluctuation.This performance is far from the ordinary temperature controller(two-position on and off) ). To achieve the best thermostatic effect in use, the following points should be noted:
1. The "display temperature" (red) reaches the "setting temperature" (green). There is a transition process with a gradual reduction in the fluctuation of the water bath, which usually fluctuates between 1 and 2 times, and the third wave tends to be stable.Oil bath fluctuation 3 ~ 4 times, the 5th wave tends to stabilize.Plus or minus 0.2 ℃ volatility refers to stable after reading.
2. The self-tuning parameters are sampled at a specific working condition. The operating conditions of the machine are as follows:
Temperature control range of heat medium capacity setting value load environment.
50 ~ 70% 70 ℃ 150 ℃ or less water at room temperature, the wind
130 ℃ 180 ℃ heat conduction silicone oil 50 ~ 70% or higher at room temperature, the wind
If the operating conditions change during actual use, it is possible to increase the display value
fluctuation, which is usually not necessary to adjust the instrument parameters within the scope of
the experiment.
3. In the new working condition, we hope to get the minimum fluctuation again, and we can reset
"self-tuning".Self-tuning method is as follows: press "Δ" eight seconds, AT light flashing,
instrument began setting, since the end of setting out AT lamp, it is concluded that a new set of PID
parameters to control.Must pay attention to: "show temperature" should be lower than before since the
setting "set temperature above 10 ℃, since don't change during the process of setting conditions, so
as to avoid the computer sampling error.
4. Choose oil with good thermal conductivity, low viscosity and high flash point as the heat
medium.Oil due to poor heat conductivity, liquidity, bath temperature have certain difference belongs
to the normal phenomenon at various points up and down (water bath is much better, prolonged
uniformity will make the order), temperature control instrument on "show temperature" is to reflect
the actual temperature of the probe measurement point and measurement point below the probe tip 2 ~ 3
cm.
5. The temperature uniformity of each point can be accelerated by stirring.
6. The measurement value and the "display temperature" error can adjust the internal parameters of the
instrument, and the measurement is corrected by the correction of rt.
This work needs to have adjustment experience of the person operation, lest the instrument parameter

Pay attention to safety:
The shell of a bath must be grounded.
Do not break water (oil) dry.
The oil bath needs to be taken care of, and should have the safety measures such as anti-perm and fire
prevention.
