rotary evaporator(or rotavap) is a device used in chemical laboratories for the efficient and gentle removal of solvents from samples by evaporation. The main function of our rotary evaporator is:

 

1. A motor unit that rotates the evaporation flask or vial containing the user's sample.

2. A vacuum system, to substantially reduce the pressure within the evaporator system.

3. A heated fluid bath (generally water) to heat the sample.

4. A condenser with a coil passing coolant.

5. A flask at the bottom of the condenser is to catch the distilling solvent.

6. A manual or electrical operation to adjust evaporation flask's position relative to the heating bath.

7. A Tandem Type Continuous Receiving Technology.

8. A bumping tube can protect unexpected solution bumping into receiving flask.

 

In Pilot Production Evaporating Field With Senco unique tandem receiving technology, Solvent Discharge no longer need to stop evaporation process, to release and re-pump system vacuum. The  echnology allows real continuous work without vacuum wave, which obviously increases productivity, simplifies system receiving structure and improves sealing performance. (for K series)
