Chemical Diaphragm Pump                                                                                                                                   
The Chemical Diaphragm Pump is a dry running vacuum pump which completely solves the chemical corrosion problem of vacuum pump.It is particularly suitable for situations where chemical corrosion is required or prolonged uninterrupted operation is required.All the parts in contact with the gas were treated with teflon (PTFE) and reinforced with carbon fiber, which completely guaranteed the chemical corrosion resistance of the pump.The diaphragm uses a sandwich structure, or multilayer structure, to increase the toughness and strength of the diaphragm.Diaphragm pump is an advanced product of international vacuum pump development and is widely used in China.

In practice, it is shown that in the same working condition, whether the selection is correct or not, the service life of the vacuum pump is several times, tens or even hundreds of times. Therefore, we are reminded that:

One、 whichever vacuum pump is chosen, can refer to the sample.Professional technical staff can also be recommended to obtain satisfactory results.

Two If we are required to assist in the selection, please provide the following information:

1. Vacuum degree of work;

2. Pumping time when working vacuum degree;

3. The volume of vacuum system (or vacuum tank);

4. The name, temperature and concentration of the pumped gas medium;

5. Flammable, explosive and poisonous gases and their ph;

6. Whether the gas discharged by the pump needs to be recycled;

7. The shaft seal of the vacuum pump, and the special requirements of the motor and other parts.
