2XZ series Vane Pump                                                                                                                                           
The series pump is used to remove gas from the sealed container.
It can be used separately, and can also be used for other kinds of pumps.
It can be used in electric vacuum container manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, photoengraving, food packaging, vacuum blister, refrigeration equipment maintenance and instrument, instrument equipment and laboratory etc.
Widely used in aerospace, semiconductor, coating, food packaging, drying, refrigeration, scientific research, medical, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical and other specialized facilities and the laboratories of universities and colleges.
 
Structural characteristics of Vane Vacuum Pump

2. With gas ballast valve, a small amount of water vapor can be removed;

When selecting the vacuum pump, the correct selection of the vacuum pump directly affects the service life of the vacuum pump and the benefit of the enterprise.

In practice, it is shown that in the same working condition, whether the selection is correct or not, the service life of the vacuum pump is several times, tens or even hundreds of times. Therefore, we are reminded that:

One、 whichever vacuum pump is chosen, can refer to the sample.Professional technical staff can also be recommended to obtain satisfactory results.

Two、 If we are required to assist in the selection, please provide the following information:

1. Vacuum degree of work;

2. Pumping time when working vacuum degree;

3. The volume of vacuum system (or vacuum tank);

4. The name, temperature and concentration of the pumped gas medium;

5. Flammable, explosive and poisonous gases and their ph;

6. Whether the gas discharged by the pump needs to be recycled;

7. The shaft seal of the vacuum pump, and the special requirements of the motor and other parts.
